1. About Bowers Blaze Gear
Ontario-based e-commerce business operating under Canadian law. We sell survival, fire, and emergency preparedness gear to customers in Canada and the United States. Products are fulfilled through CJ Dropshipping.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site and place orders.
3. Products & Availability
We reserve the right to correct errors, update listings, and discontinue products at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes — slight variations in colour or finish may occur.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in CAD or USD as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent.
5. Orders & Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled from warehouses in China or the United States. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for customs or carrier delays.

8. Limitation of Liability
We do not warrant that any product will perform to a specific standard in any emergency situation. You assume all risk related to product use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent orders, or resell products without authorization.
