Where We Ship
We ship to Canada and the United States only.
How We Fulfill Orders
Orders are fulfilled through CJ Dropshipping. Depending on product availability, your order may ship from a warehouse in China or the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays begin processing the next business day. Some items do not ship on weekends — processing begins the following Monday.
Delivery Timeframes

Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update. If tracking has not updated in 5+ business days, contact us at support@bowersblazegear.com.
Customs & Duties (Canadian Customers)
Orders shipped from our Chinese warehouse may be subject to customs clearance. Bowers Blaze Gear is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by CBSA. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Calculated at checkout based on order total and destination.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it: check with neighbours, wait 1 additional business day, then contact us at support@bowersblazegear.com. We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout.
