BOWERS BLAZE GEAR — REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Bowers Blaze Gear, we stand behind the products we carry. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of survival, fire, and emergency preparedness gear, we do not accept returns on opened or used items unless the product is confirmed defective or damaged upon arrival.

Eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective

  • Items that are incorrect (wrong item shipped)

  • Unopened, unused items in original packaging — return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened survival or emergency gear

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

How to Request a Return

Email support@bowersblazegear.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We respond within 3 business days. Do not ship anything back without written approval.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the eligible item and place a new order.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, photograph it immediately and contact us within 72 hours at support@bowersblazegear.com.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Contact us immediately at support@bowersblazegear.com.
